Pros: None
Cons: It was a very noisey hotel, and not very clean. my shower broke the very first day and the sink the next day.

Pros: Excellent location, minutes from train station, city centre & octoberfest. staff helpful
Cons: Street is a bit seedy, room, although generally clean was tired and furniture/carpet could be revamped - not for a romantic break!

Cons: There were bettwanzen in the bed and they sucked blood from us. they were everywhere in the bed.

Pros: Location, breakfast and staff were all good. quite helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the sights, etc. always greeted us with warmth.
Cons: The carpets were terrible and the toilets of our room were not terribly clean and we did ask for a change of room, and they agreed but it wasn't possible due to our schedule so we decided to let it be as we were there only during the nights.

Pros: Lobby staff is very helpful.
Cons: Invest some money and clean or, better, change the carpet. it is really the worst thing in this hotel, i never saw such a bad thing. the restaurant lady should be trained in customer service, it would improve hotel image.

Pros: Friendly, honest staff - we were charged 10 euros too much for our room which reception staff gave back to my husband when we went back down from room to go out.
10-15 minute walk to centre and location of famous ocktober beer fest. it was a good experience even at the end of june.
facilities very good and clean. a friend said he had read negative reports about the hotel so i was very pleased to see room and ensuite clean - beds were comfortable.
Cons: Outside of modern looks very run down and i was a bit concerned of what i'd find but inside room was clean, beds and sheets looked fine. carpet and decor was run down and stained but we were only there for one night and you don't sleep on the carpet! i think we'd stay there again for up to 3 nights but i don't think you would like to stay longer than that.
breakfast very basic just cheese (which seemed very sweaty) and two choices of meat, orange juice on offer and fruit loaf.

Pros: In a good location - only 3mins walk from the train station
good size room and a good bathroom
Cons: Toilet would not stop running

Pros: Very central, close to central station and attractions.
Cons: Very basic but, clean enough. don't expect anything too flash.

Pros: We booked gthis hotel during oktoberfest the night before, so we were willing to stay in any form of accomadation. this hotel was adequete.
Cons: Because we stayed during oktoberfest, the price we payed was rediculous. i dont know how it would be during the quiter months. the rooms were pretty shabby too.

Pros: Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast( buffet simple but as much as you like) room service was also very good.
Cons: General dirty state of carpets of carpets, drab rooms( however very functional)
