Riverside City Hotel & Spa Berlin  

Pros: Excellent location. on arival, they were not expecting us despite having booked and had confirmation of booking mid december for an end of may reservation. receptionist was excellent however and found us a room.
Cons: The room was noisy as overlooked the main road and tramways and windows were poorly fitting hence the noise. we changed rooms after 2 nights but noise was almost as bad.the second room was significantly smaller and did not have a bath and we were asked to pay a 10 euro increase per night which we refused.price was already expensive at 135 euros per night room only. although a 'spa' hotel it offers no facilities other than various massages and treatments.

Cons: The reservation made through your web site never got to the hotel. thanks to the personnel in place thay manage to make some arrangements for me, but i had to change rooms during my stay

Pros: My luggage, with my tour reservation numbers, etc., did not arrive with me. the front desk ladies figured out which, walking, tour we were to go on, called the company and gave me the phone, because they did not speak enough english.
everyone we encountered was great. we, also, have a great attitude.
Cons: Hotel was somewhat dreary & scary.

Pros: We like the rear access side door. we liked the lights along the ceiling edge.

Pros: The location was great, the room clean and it was great to have free wifi in the room.
Cons: I would have liked to know when i booked the hotel that my bathroom was located around the corner across the hall. in addition, the bathroom was just badly designed. the showerhead spayed water right in your face when you turned it on, the mirror was tiny and very high up, the hairdryer kept overheating and the toilet didn't really flush. and the tv was tiny.

Pros: It was very close to downtown, and cheap.
Cons: I was scared of the looks of the hotel floor and my room the first time i walked it, as it made me think of an old, cheap, dirty hotel. but everything ended up as good.
