Pros: The hotel staff is very kind and accomodating. there is a family-friendly atmosphere
Cons: There was a mistake in the booking. we had payed for a quadrouple room with an additional baby cot, but was first placed in a room with only a double and a single bed. an additional bed was sqeezed in leaving very little room to our family, but after two nights we moved to a large and very nice room.

Pros: Great location, right around the corner from main train station. in walking distance to zoo, shops, bars, hardrock cafe etc. also train station is close so its easy to get to other places such as alexandraplatz.

Pros: Cheap, really good value for money, good location, good shower, fantastic price, helpful staff, quiet and out of the way of main streets yet still central
Cons: Poor wifi reception, not double bed was 2 singles pushed together, no bath, poor breakfast, old crt tv with limited channels, cheap price though so was willing to accept all of these as you get what you pay for

Pros: The location is unbeatable, being close to the kurfürstendamm and to two subway stations. the breakfast buffet is very decent and the staff was helpful.
Cons: Located on the second floor, but no elevator, so if you have a heavy suitcase, abstain. the carpet in the staircase is dirty and gives a bad impression, but the hotel is very clean.
