you can stay single room very cheap price.
Cons: Sound of opening door and of people walk around is a littele noisy.
one of the staff can't speak english.(all staff are russian)

Pros: It was clean and the location i friedrischshain was perfect for us. nice and quiet area.
Cons: The rooms were a bit cold (but it is an old building and we visited in november....). the rooms were non-smoking but the staff smoked in the reception area.
