Pros: People at the fron desk were very nice and friendly.
Cons: I did not like the fact that they charged me for a day that i was not at the hotel. i explained them that i spent more than $ 1,000 euros trying to get to the hotel, but the ports were on strike. it was so ridiculos their comment: "you need to tell us in advance" as if i, or they can know this things in advance in their own country. i could have been in a 5 stars hotel for a week with the money i spent getting there.
