Pros: Nice and effective consierge and reception staff, nice rooms, clean
Cons: Waited for a long time for breakfast waiter, he/she never showed up at our table, so we left for breakfast at another place out side the hotel

Pros: Lobby & bar etc down stair was imaculate
Cons: Rooms were poor and it was very expensive.

Pros: Lovely old hotel. very comfortable. ideal location.

Cons: Doors banging continuously from 7 a.m.. mould between the tiles in the bathroom.

Cons: Check in not available until 15:00hrs.
i had pre booked a table for 12 in toddy`s brasserie as i was entertaining international guests from brazil, usa, italy, uk and spain who were in dublin for my sons wedding on 05/07/2011, and had spoken to restaurant manager who assured me that toddys would be more than capable of providing a great evening for myself and my guests.
however reality was very different, the meal was a disaster,poor service and even poorer quality food and cooking, and to further compound the matter, there was no management available on the night to speak to me, nor was there any senior management available the following morning to speak to me. the duty manager wouldnt come to reception to speak to me and directed the reception manager to deal with me and my complaints.supposedly i am to be contacted by hotel when they investigate my conplaints with toddys management and chef. i await with interest their response.

Pros: We only spent one night on our way to galway. the hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. they made every attempt to fill our requests. i would certainly recommend this in the future to all who are looking for a hotel with easy access to shopping, pubs, etc.

Pros: Perfect location to get around, friendly staff, clean facilities, would definitely recommend

Cons: The information on the website said the room had a fridge/minibar, but on arrival there was not on in the room

Pros: Fantastic location, bar-food was excellent (especially the dessert:-)). some staff members were very helpful & courteous.
Cons: Staff could be very abrupt & unhelpful, particularly when there was a queue. the parking process was awkward to say the least.

Pros: Everything was perfect with regards to our stay @ the gresham from our room to the food we ate, afternoon tea highly recommended.
