Pros: Excellent place to stay if going to concerts around the area.
Cons: Traffic on main street can be a bit noisy.

Pros: Nice location, friendly staff, quirky hotel with unique decor. bathrooms really good.
Cons: I thought the breakfast was hugely overpriced for what it was, and at the price of the rooms would have expected it to have been included. the fact that it wasn't left me feeling that the whole stay was overpriced for what it was and it would have been better value to have had a breakfast included in the room price because it isn't cheap.

Pros: All of the staff were extremely attentive to us. the chef even came out to meet us and provided desserts at no cost. fantastic.
Cons: The one thing that is unfortunate is that the hallway noise is not kept in its place. if there is noise in the hall it is in your room.

Pros: Really helpful staff, lovely hotel with some great features.

Pros: The rooms were outstanding- especially the washrooms and large tv's. ( because a problem with our first room we got upgraded to a suite without any hesitation )the staff was very helpful in providing directions and confirming our return flights. outstanding value for the money. will recommend to anyone/everyone. the location is really goood for both the city bus into dublin and the bus to/from the airport.thank you

Cons: The smell of stale grease. we were on the forth floor and the smell of stale grease permeated the corridors and into our room i complained and was told it would be attended to but it did not improve over the 4 days. the only place to eat is the bar which was fine until fri when we were stuck trying to have a conversation with overly amped musicians and an irritating drunk woman. the only other place to sit with friends ws a lobby that was already full. i was sold on the website but it is not a great place they are also hoping to open a disco soon which i think will make this a totally undesirable place to stay.

Pros: Room was large and clean and quiet. massive flatscreen on wall a nice touch. the two ladies on the front desk were very helpful. when i wanted to book a tour from a website the receptionist navigated to the site filled in the details and printed out the booking reference great service!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Incredible facilities within room. the reception staff was absolutely most helpful. amazing decoration details throughout hotel.
Cons: Better map details and location details for driving to hotel for international visitors.

Pros: The rooms were nicely decorated and the plasma fire, flat screen tv and heated bathroom floor and mirrors were an added bonus. the staff were also extremely friendly and helpful and gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation. if you get a chance to go to the donnybrook fair restaurant next door to the hotel, do go!
Cons: Bathroom floor was slightly dusty. the hotel is a little way out of town, but the buses run a very regular service and it is only about a 5 min bus ride into the city centre.

Pros: A very good hotel on the bus route from the airport and in a pleasant part of dublin with the rds nearby.
Cons: We should have asked the reception how to turn off the aircon, we found the switch ourselves eventually!

Pros: Very nice, stylish rooms with a wonderful fake-fireplace and huge tv. bathroom with tub + heated floor also very very nice!!! super helpful staff!!! all in all: the hotel in dublin to go!!!

Pros: Everything was perfect! the staff was great, they went above and beyond. the hotel was beautiful, efficient, great value and easy to get into the city center. highly recommend and would welcome the opportunity to stay there again.
