Jurys Inn Custom House Dublin  

Pros: Double room had good size bed, i'm 6'2 & big, bed very comfy. room was very nice.
Cons: Reported broken shower door seal & fixed by the time i got back.

Pros: Best thing about jurys inn custom house is it's location being on the river and easy walking distance to shops, bars etc.
Cons: We were initially allocated a small room at the back overlooking rubbish bins which was not what we booked and paid for. on requesting a better room we were immediately given a larger room at the front overlooking the river. it was quite annoying to realise that better rooms were available but we were still allocated a very poor room.
breakfast was an adequate buffet although it was served to you rather than serve yourself. however the clearing of tables was very poor. on a not busy morning customers were having great difficulty finding a table without dirty dishes resulting in people having to clear tables for themselves.

Pros: Its ideal for staying when going to the o2 arena. the staff are lovely and the food is nice.

Pros: We had a lovely time in jurys. the staff were very helpful the place was very clean and i would stay again thanks.

Pros: The staff in the hotel were excellent, very helpful, e.g. when my car broke down and had to be left in the ifsc car park over a long weekend, they arranged for the parking fee to be waived.
