Pros: Good location. the room is quiet
Cons: The wc in the en-suite room is somewhat bizzarre. there's no 'excusively use' for the shower, so when we shower we also get all the toilet wet. also, the young italian lady behaved in an italian mama style, not quite friendly and responding.

Pros: The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, when i had a question or concern they were prompt to find an answer. the rooms were made and never had an issue with security. the hotel offered a nice continental breakfast and that was nice to
see. the hotel is also centrally located - walking distance to all the major sightseeing points of the city, in addition it is very close to the city's main train station. this is excellent for travellers. we had no trouble finding the hotel or making our train for the departure date.
Cons: The hotel lobby and the rooms show signs of wear and these need to be addressed. the rooms and bathrooms need to be upgraded or improved.

Pros: The hotel is very well located - near the station, near the main bus-stops, and near the market. our room was on the top floor and had a balcony, which was an unexpected bonus.
Cons: A hairdryer in the room would've been nice, but i know these don't come as standard in italian hotels in any case.
