Pros: Close to train station, helpful staff. lift available only to hotel souvenir patrons. big bonus given the weight of our luggage! the room had a wonderful view over to the tuscan hills.
Cons: The shower needed a place to hang the shower hose and a curtain. after every shower the floor would be soaked making visits to the shared toilet a little unsavoury. a pipe above the bath often drained water into it which was a little disconcerting!
