Pros: Wow! this place rocks. we got the warmest reception possible from lovely susanna and lisa, fantastic rooms,helpful advice, a shower that you can turn in, and a wonderful breakfast. yum ! lucia in the breakfast room makes the best coffee in italy, and everything comes with a smile. easy to find location, helpful staff, it was great. also, my kids were able to use the internet, so i was happy with that, rather than having them wander to grubby parts of town to find an internet cafe. very happy. recommend for everyone, whatever your purpose.
Cons: A tiny bit noisy , but hey, that is italy for you !
