Pros: Exellent hotel location, good value for money.
Cons: At the reception i was asked to leave the room at 10.30 the next day as new hotel policy when in my reservation was saying 12.00. i had to complain about this and they let me stay till 12.00

Pros: Good location, near to metro station and facilities. the hotel is simple but not luxurious. breakfast was appropriate.
Cons: We found a cockroach in the toilet. the manager in reception was quite rude and did not offer much help. he reported that the hotel was fumigated recently and this cockroach must have escaped following fumigation. the room was clean but we felt very unsupported and intimidated by this member of staff, like this thing was not important!he did offer to send somebody to 'spray' the toilet but no apology whatsoever. we will not come back to this hotel again as we also feel it was quite noisy on the corridors from others guests and kids.

Pros: The staff was nice, cordial and helpful. the room was spacious and clean, although the facilities are old, it is still in a central location with easy access to the subway and walking distance to attractions. i returned to milan 2 weeks later and stayed 2 more nights in the same hotel, they took my reservation in advance, gave me the same rate i had already payed and held a bag for me in storage until i returned.
Cons: One guy in the reception asked me out on a date. i gracefully declined but felt uncomfortable because he continued to ask whenever he saw me, he didn't seem to understand that i was not interested. when i returned 2 weeks later, i sneaked by the reception desk so he didn't see me. :)
