Pros: The views were spectacular.
the dinning room staff were fantastic and very welcoming
the pool was beautiful
Cons: The road leading to the hotel was too narrow.
the carpark was terrible.
the shuttle service into town was inadequate and infrequent.
the pool was closed a 7pm which was very inconvenient. there is nothing better than a late evening swim in summer after an enjoyable day sightseeing. so no pool after 7pm was very dissapointing
the rooms didn't have a bar fridge or coffee/tea making facilities
the tv in room was too small and didn't have a remote control or cable tv
the cost of the internet was outrageous and not available in rooms. form memory i thought is was advertised as being free on the website
insufficient information about what happening in the hotel or how to get to places and join tours etc
