Hotel Alexis ローマ  

Pros: テルミニ駅から近い。
Cons: エレベーターがないのに、ホテルスタッフはスーツケースを運ぶのに全く自ら手伝おうとしなかった点。サービス精神がない点。

Hotel Alexis is not a five star hotel, but a two star one. Taking this into account, the hotel is excellent quality in terms of location, cleanliness and service. I would especially point out the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to deal with our questions and requests!

Pros: The servcice at the hotel was were nice, kind, forward and very helpful. even though it has shared bathroom, we had no problems, it is very clean and nice. the location is fairly well. rooms are spacious and pretty
Cons: the only issue is that you have to go out side of your room to go to the bathroom, and that the double-bed is actually two beds put together with a tendency to go there own separate ways:)

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: There was no fire escape, not even fire extinguishers and we were located on the 4th floor, in case of an emergency we would never have escaped with our children.
we booked an apartment but never used the kitchen and not even the fridge because it was filthy and dirty.
in the middle of our apartment was a video surveillance area that couldn't be turned off....
i will not recommend this hotel/apartment to friends or family.

Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly. the room was very clean & the location was decent. the hotel is directly accross the street from the most amazing restaurant, excellent food, great prices, an unbelievable value.
Cons: The hotel was a bit confusing to find because they still had a large sign another (the previoius?) hotel & only a small index card sized plaque with their sign. the hotel had no elevator & no assistance was offered with our luggage. the rooms were hot (expected) but if we left our room with the fan on (in an attempt to make it less hot upon our return) we would find the overhead fan turned off. the hotel provided an empty handsoap bottle & no shampoo or bar handsoap, this was not recitfied even upon request. the front desk attendant stated that the wireless they advertise "has not been working for quite some time". though we reserved with the notation and intent of paying by credit card, the attendant repeatedly advised us "cash would be better, the machine does not work" and would not even attempt to run our card until we mentioned that we would be leaving early if we had to pay with our tour-intended-cash, then magcially the card went right through. though friendly, the front desk was admittedly unknowlegeable about various inquires regarding public transportation & tourist attractions. the typical response was "i really don't know, you'll have to find out", duh, that's why we asked.

Pros: It's very close to the train station and metro stops (line a and b).
Cons: No elevator (which gave my mother trouble when climbing the 4 flights to our room), no air conditioning which made it feel like sleeping in a sauna, shared bathroom with a very very rude neighbor who i believe lived there, and a shared balcony with said creepy neighbor.

Pros: It was a very big room,very guiet..the stuff was very nice ant the location of the hotel was near of all the sightseeings!! thanks a lot planet 29 we had a great time!!!

Pros: Good value for money.
this is just a big flat divided into several accommodation rooms with the small nice terrace. location is very close both to termini and republic squire which is perfect starting point for walking tours.

Pros: Perfekt location. this place is as rated 2 stars and don't expect more for the rooms and service - but why would you do that for the price it costs to stay here? if you are in rome to expirence service and luxery - dont stay here, but if you you are in rome to expirence rome and don´t spend much time at your hotel - this is the perfekt place!

Pros: Good location. staff were friendly when they were there.

Pros: Planet 29 is in an ideal position in rome. rooms are basic but clean. breakfast was plentifull and staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Cons: This is a very basic hotel. if i stayed again i would want a room opposite the bathroom as it was very noisy.

didn't see anyone else for 7 days

Pros: Great location, very helpful staff, cheap and very comfortable. an excellent little hotel!

Pros: It was very close to the main termini which goes to every tourist attraction. very good location.
Cons: The area in which we stayed wasn't very desirable. there was rubbish everywhere and graffetti on every wall. and a homeless person on each road. didnt feel very safe walking around at night.
