Pros: The location was oke.
Cons: The rooms are very smal, the shower was broken. we had to change rooms. very noisy. the breakfast was coffee from an automat and wrapt croissants and cake, no breakfast room.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. rooms clean and the free wifi worked excellent on both our smartphones (iphones).
Cons: The rooms were a little noisy - we could hear conversations from one of the rooms next to us quite clearly.

Pros: When we asked for help we were given clear and good information about our new surroundings. we asked for a room with a window and we did get moved first thing the next morning.
Cons: The pictures do not match the actual experience. the rooms are a bit gritty and the breakfast is out of a machine and packages in the hall way.

Pros: Hotel was very central, within walking distance to the most attractions in rome, and also close to roma termini
Cons: Room was quite small, but i think that's pretty much standard in rome, shower needs a little more consistent hot water, apart from that it was fine.

Pros: Clean, convenient, excellent staff.

Pros: It's a very small b&b, and the same guy was at the front desk until the day we left, when someone else was there. he was very helpful. our original room was small, and for the price, we would have been satisfied, but when an opportunity arose to put us in a larger room, he asked if we wanted it, and we said yes. he moved everything to the new room without us having to pack it up. later, my wife was tired, and i bought some food at a market so we could just eat in our room, and he got us some real plates and utensils (not paper/plastic) to eat with. i wanted to tip him when we left, but he was not there, and i didn't want to just leave money at the front desk. the place was clean and quiet, conveniently located to what we wanted to see, and well worth the money. it's not a multi-star hotel, but we were well satisfied.
Cons: Not really. the morning breakfast area was small, and lacked seating, but every room (i assume) had a table and chairs, so you're expected to bring it back to the room and eat.

Pros: This hotel was in an excellent location, almost in the centre of rome close to the colosseum. it was clean, nicely decorated, the staff were very helpful and spoke great english. it was very good value for money particularly considering its location, the quality of the hotel rooms (although admittedly they weren't huge) and the free wifi access.
Cons: The only negative thing was that the breakfast was not great.

Pros: Staff very helpfull, and room very clean

Cons: Although the room was clean and tidy the hotel itself looked to be in rundown condition. the bathroom shower stall was so small that my husband who is not a very large man could not get into the shower because the opening was so small. as for the area it was far away from all the main attractions in rome. trevi, the spanish steps were not even within walking distance. if you don't mind hopping on a bus to see everything then you might want to book here.

Pros: One staff member was very helpful and pleasant.
Cons: Wifi did not work due to computer difficulties during our whole stay. tv stopped working and didn't repair. a couple staying across from us had someone come into thier room during the night while they were asleep and had valuables stolen! their door was unlocked but it was still scary!! was glad to leave the next day.

Pros: Colosseum 8min walk, cavour metro station 5min walk, lots of good local restaurants. value for money,safe and pleasant!
Cons: Room too small overall and shower very very small. i am 6ft and my wife is 5ft 4in. both unhappy with this!

Cons: Room looked nothing like internet picture, very very small and dark. we were in room 101 so the breakfast table was outside our door, so very noisy every morning. door from street into hotel did not close so it would have been very easy to break into upstairs. the room safe was just sitting in the cupboard and could have easily been lifted. rooms could do with being painted.

Cons: Poor breakfast. too narrow corridoors to get around in the hotel.

Pros: Very helpful staff and had absolutely no problem paying by card or cash unlike previous comments. only 10 minutes easy walk from termini. room was very clean and linen changed daily. lots of pastries on buffet and as much orange/tea/coffee as you can drink. room was small but perfectly adequate as we didn't intend to stay in there long.
Cons: Some of fixtures on wall eg towel hook and light fittings were loose but that is a minor point.

Pros: Hotel je na odlicnoj lokaciji, 10 min pesice do fontane trevi i koloseuma i veoma je blizu termini stanici. izuzetno je cist i ima veoma ljubazno osoblje. peskiri se menjaju svaki dan a posteljina na dva dana.

hetel is in very good location near termini station and 10 min. walk to the trevi fountain and coloseum. staff is excellent and rooms are very clean. they change towels every day and linen every second day.
Cons: Vise je b&b hostel nego hotel jer recepcija bi trebalo da radi od 7 do 19 i to uglavnom kad neko dolazi ili odlazi ali su veoma ljubazni i hoce da pomognu. sobe su veoma male i zidovi su tanki tako da se cuje kad neko prica u susednoj sobi. kreveti su kratki ali su udobni (soba je dugacka 2,5m a krevet 1,80m)

reception should work from 7 to 19 but they arn't always there. rooms are very small (2,5m) and the beads are short (1,80m) but comfortable. walls are thin and we could hear everything in the next room.
