Pros: We received a warm welcome from the member of staff on our arrival, as well as plenty of information about what to do in rome. the hotel room was a good size and very comfortable for the price we paid.
Cons: It was a little difficult to find, and we had to pay an extra charge for arriving after 7pm. on one day there was no hot water for a short while, though this was quickly sorted.

Cons: It was difficult to find as no sign outside the building. during my stay on easter week the whole building was renovate, there are lots of dust. btw, staff wasn't pick up the phone when i was ring finding for direction.

Pros: Very comfortable. nice and warm.
Cons: I am aware that there is renovation work taking place. however, there appeared to be some form of work or 'drilling' taking place late on, even after 9pm which i consider was unnecessary. the breakfast at the nearby cafe could be improved upon.

Pros: Excellent location (though very difficult to find because of the scaffolding and the map not being very clear...), very friendly staff who were very eager to suggest things and gave excellent restaurant suggestions, room nice and clean although the shower was blocked and we couldn't use the safe.

Pros: The staff were all really friendly and eager to help, rooms were lovely; so clean with towels and all linen changed for clean every four days. breakfast was spartan but fine. easy to come and go as you please as you are given key to front door. great location. very enjoyable stay, will definitely be returning.
Cons: As i was on the top floor i did not receive signal for wireless internet; inconveinent but not the end of the world. also my room had no view to speak of which was fine for me but others may find it disappointing.

Cons: I would say that since this b&b call themselves a bed and breakfast you should provide more than hard packet toast and a packet croissant. this was the only downfall.

Cons: Room was noisy from busy street, air conditioning was not very effective and toilet would not stop running water. breakfast was very basic but ok.

Pros: Our room was very clean and had an amazing view. the owner speaks very good english and was able to give us alot of advice on what to do in rome. they were very willing to help and make sure our stay was good. also in a very good location, only about a 5 minute walk to the termini station and right outside of a beautiful roundabout with a church. also right next door to some great gelato places and restaurants, as well as a visitor info center and the bus stop for the city sightseeing tours.
Cons: We had a room without air conditioning (but not all rooms are without it) and it was really really hot.
