Pros: We booked for 5 nights with the possiblity to cancel at any time. we were happy with this possiblity, because after the first night we choose to change from hotel. the elevator was almost impossible to use with babby van (on 4th floor), the location wasn't as good compaired to the price, breakfast wasn't as agreed and on own room, and babby bed wasn't there.

the worst was that we agreed the price for staying for 1 night, but the charged the complete amount (all 5 nights).

Pros: Problem with one of our rooms, so we were sent to turner hotel about 2 blocks away. hotel staff was very friendly though and helpful
Cons: Directions to the hotel were terrible. we wandered around and had to ask several people how to find it. it's a good thing i practiced my italian! the sign on the hotel is very small--looks like an office bldg. hotel is on the 4th floor. strongly suggest giving better directions from the bus stop and including a better description of the bldg/location.

Cons: There's nothing bad to say about it. if there was i stayed at the wrong hotel. for the price and service it was great.

Pros: Very helpful staff. rooms are small but very clean and cosy. bathroom is well-stocked and tidy. very secure location.
Cons: Domus inn can be tricky to find for the first time. the location is not as "central" as advertised. a good distance by walk to all the major attractions and stazione centrale. in fact, it was just off our city map, which made it very difficult to find. the staff is welcoming and helpful, but if you are booking a shuttle to the airport at reception, do not let the staff decide what time you should arrive. we asked for a 9am departure at the hotel to catch our 12am international flight, only to be driven around rome picking up travelers from other hotels for an hour before the shuttle actually headed for the airport, leaving us no time to eat and shop as we previously planned.

Cons: Unfortunately there was a night club across from our room which was open until 3.30am the noise from yougsters outside in the street was very very loud and disturbed our sleep, it was a shame as we loved everything else.

Pros: Well situated, within walking distance to everything. the rooms are spotless and the staff on reception are very helpful and informative. well appointed rooms that are a classial style,the linen used is of a high quality.
Cons: The breakfast was average but always delivered to the room on time. this is not a hotel, its a room so dont expect a lobby, a bar or restaurant area to relax - you have your room and thats it. only italian tv channels, low water pressure in the shower room although the bathrooms are nice.

Pros: The staff is excellent, kind, & helpful. they were very knowledgable regarding the tourist sites and which buses to catch. the subway/metro was within easy walking distance as was the bus stop. our room was very clean but quite small.
Cons: Room was small, therefore, not much space for suitcases and closet was a small cabinet. bathroom was small but it was private and had plenty of hot water! the tv was small and only had one (cnn) english speaking channel but we were out and about most of the time. it would have been nice to have one channel /w regular tv programming.

Pros: Staff were friendly and willing to help with any questions, directions etc!! our room was upgraded!! location was good as long as you don't mind a little walk but you can catch a bus to almost anywhere just outside the door!. breakast was good and lovely to have it served in your room. lovely place to stay!!!
Cons: Only thing would be to add some fruit to the breakfast tray!!

Pros: The staff was very helpful aside from one guy which tried to charge us eur 2 extra when helping us book the airport shuttle. aside from that the place is really cozy & all amenities are clean & nice. the breakfast was quite good too. location is great as it's easily accessible by bus & isn't smack in the middle of hustle & bustle.
