We used the airport transfer service and this worked very well on arrival. On departure, a car had been ordered for 5:20am which did not arrive but the hotel receptionist called a taxi which arrived 20 minutes later yet still delivered us to the airport in time to check in for our flight.The hotel stay was excellent. Lovely room which was located in the building across the cobbled street. Clearly used to be an apartment which had been converted into 4 hotel bedrooms with en suite facilities. Modern renovation. Would have preferred a towel rail as the towels didn't have an opportunity to dry each day as they had to be folded under the sink. Apart from that, brilliant shower with a shower head the size of a dinner plate and plenty of hot water on demand. Comfortable roomy bed. One will always expect some road noise when in the centre of a capital city but as the hotel is located on a side street of Via del Tritone and is a one-way street, this is minimised.Breakfast was excellent - the best continental variety on offer I've had in Europe!Would not hesitate to stay there again as very centrally located - 6 minutes from Trevi Fountain and lots of rustic italian restaurants close by with reasonably priced meals (given that you are staying in a European Capity City.

Cons: Our room on street-sight had a lot of noise at night...

Pros: Location is central and conveniently located. the waitresses and kitchen staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly and pleasant.
Cons: When we booked the hotel, it indicated that the parking was free but it wasn't when we checked-out. when we checked in late, our room was not even ready yet. the receptionists at the front desk were not helpful(abrupt and short)when we asked for direction to park our car at another street location.
