Clean room, good breakfast,(fantastically good coffee)and friendly owners. definately a place i would stay in again, should i return to rome.(i forgot to throw a coin in the trevi fountain)

Lucia and carlo are your new italian parents when you stay at this hotel - they take good care of you :-)

Very near to the palazio del freddo, ice cream factory, not mentioned in any advertising.

I had the best time in rome and the couple running the hotel were absolutely lovely.it was like living at home with your parents,so much in the sense of 'what time do you call this' but more the fact that they really made sure that you were looked after.my first hand experience of this was when one morning i left the hotel very early to go to the beach and i didn't have time for breakfast but the lady of the mannor packed me a small goody back with fruit a drink and crossiant...so so sweet.although it's only 2 star is gives u a much better service and it's in easy reach of everything especially termini train station.

Excellent and friendly staff

The couple running this hotel had limited english but were absolutely delightful and couldn't do more for us when asked. would thoroughly recommend this hotel for it's location, comfort, simplicity and cost for a great no-thrills weekend in roma.

We had two very early mornings and the owner was up early to provide breakfast for us. the rooms were very clean, street was quiet and the hotel was within walking distance of many of the sights. the couple who owned the hotel were very heart warming people. i would definitely stay again.

L'accueil chaleureux des gérants

De eigenaren zijn supervriendelijk, hoewel het jammer is ,dat ze helemaal geen engels spreken. het ontbijt was ook heel goed; je kreeg zoveel brood als je wilde (lekkere en verschillende broodjes),er was naast koffie, thee of melk ook een lekker sapje en er waren verschillende vleeswaren en fruit. de kamer werd iedere dag schoongemaakt en we kregen iedere dag schone handdoeken. de ligging is goed; in de buurt van een metrostation, bushalte en het station. de eigenaren blijven op, totdat iedereen binnen is; ze maken de deur dan ook voor je open, want je krijgt geen sleutel mee.
