Pros: The price is good compared to it's location. really close to everything, majority of the touristic location is within 15-20 minutes walk.
the room was clean.
Cons: The pictures are not true. they are well overpromoting the hotel. the reception area is small, the rooms look a bit worth than on the picture - not bad but not as good as on the pictures.
we could only occupy the room at 3pm instead of the 2pm advised.
the breakfast area is small, had to wait 5-10 mins each morning until we could have a table.

Pros: The gentlemen at the desk were wonderfully helpful and attentive. their recommendations as to how to spend the little time we had in rome were each perfect. the hotel room was clean, airy and very comfortable. below it does not allow for multiple choices; however, i would recommend the hotel to each of the categories without reservation.
Cons: There we no circumstances within your control that were negative. there was garbage / trash pick up during the early morning hours which made it difficult for some to sleep.

Cons: Denied early breakfast, departing at 7am on last day and as breakfast did not start until 7am did not receive breakfast we had paid for.
