Pros: Excellent service by friendly and helpful staff. hotel and room were clean and very comfortable.
Cons: Great hotel but not in the best of locations relative to the main sights.

Pros: It was a beautiful hotel with a roof top terrace and breakfast included. it wasn't too far from termini station which was convenient and we felt safe and comfortable staying there. our room was extremely clean and very unique looking. it was an amazing value for what we paid.
Cons: The dinner was a bit expensive to me but other than that there aren't any complaints.

Pros: Service was excellent and very friendly

Pros: The rooftop garden where breakfast is served in the morning and there is a bar in the evening, is excellent. the service was pretty good.
Cons: The room was tiny. the tv was very small (13 inches). no place to put clothing or hang up a shirt. when i got to my room there was a giant bug on the wall.

Pros: Mature couple from ireland. stayed from 9th to 15th april. refurbished room 210. spotlessly clean,lighting, bathroom excellent and spotlessly clean. staff were very helpful from reception to restaurant. excellent location good area. stayed in rome twice before in bad areas as a lone traveller but needed good location when travelling with my wife.

Pros: Room, location, staff and breakfast on the roof terrace.
unlike the pictures our room had a classy modern décor which we liked a lot, staff were very helpful, hotel spotless throughout and getting to the key sights of rome was between a 10-20min walk with the advantage the hotel situated in a quiet location.
Cons: Most expensive (regular) beer i've ever purchased, but the pleasant roof terrace surroundings help ease the shock.

Pros: Excellent reception staff / conciege, very helpful in booking good restaurants and taxis, excellent rooms and lounge area only let down by silly things like forgetting to put loo roll in basthroom and not coping with too many rugby fans turning up for breakfast at the same time.would definately stay again.

Pros: Very close to trainstation. a lovely breakfeast with a beautiful outlook over the rome skyline

Pros: I would like to thank the hotel staff for providing me with a hairdryer for the remaining 3 days of my stay. having neglected to bring one with me, i was hoping that all the rooms would at least have an independent 'travel sized' hairdryer in each of the rooms. i was very disapointed to discover a very old fashioned wall mounted dryer in the bathroom. in this day and age, these dryers are totally archaic and should be replaced with a modern alternative.
Cons: We requested a quiet room when we made the reservation and thus this was duly adhered to when we were given the keys to a room overlooking the inner courtyard. however, on our final night's stay we were unable to sleep due to constant 'banging/tapping' noise coming from the kitchens below, opposite our room. this noise continued for a hour or more until we asked to change rooms, thankfully the reception staff relocated us to another room, but again the noise from the street below was so intrusive it became impossible to sleep. thankfully, by this time (early hours of the morning) when we returned to our original room, the initial noise had stopped.

Pros: The reception staff and concierge were excellent! they were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure that everything was good for us.
Cons: The maid left the door of my room unlocked one evening.

Pros: Piano bar and outdoor terrace was excellent. room wasn't as small as expected from reading other reviews. was about 15 mins walk from main attractions which was ideal.

Pros: Very comfortable and recently updated room nice roof top terrace. breakfast of a good standard.
Cons: Our room was located on 2nd floor under a commercial office( not related to the hotel) and noise commenced around 6.00am on week days and woke us up. the roof top terrace would have been more enjoyable had it been accesible during the day - closed after breakfast and reopened after 5.00pm.

Pros: Superb staff. excellent breakfast. excellent room and hotel cleanliness.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. beautiful terrace garden with a great breakfast.
Cons: The only negative thing would be that the drinks in the terrace garden were very expensive.

Pros: Clean and tidy rooms, although a little bit of a journey into centre everything was easily accesible. a good buffet breakfast.
Cons: Lacked atmosphere, roof terreace would of been excellent in warmer weather.the internet came at an additional charge and the wi fi connection was not working on one of the days

Pros: Excellent cleanliness of room and hotel. the piano bar was a real treat and breakfast was fantastic.
Cons: Tea/coffee facilities in room would have made the stay better.
also the room was quite small with only a shower (no bath)
