I loved staying at the Relais Pierret! The location couldn't be better - literally at the Spanish Steps, and yet quiet! What a luxurious treat at an affordable rate. On this trip I was traveling alone, and felt cosy and safe - You don't get the full hotel service, there's no restaurant or cafe, but who needs it when you can step outside and have everything from great cappucino to fantastic meals in all price ranges at hand. There's coffee and tea in the room.I will definitely make this my Roman Holiday place, and look forward to coming back for a romantic stay with my husband.Thank you!

My husband and I loved this business/holiday residence. Just like having a "home" in the perfect location. Being right on Spagna Square with its joyful community feel in the evenings, the close proximity to great shops, restaurants, transportation, and within easy walking distance of so many attractions made it the perfect place for us to stay. It is not a hotel, but a quiet well appointed place to stay in the middle of an exciting part of the city. Would definitely choose to stay there again. The people were SO helpful and friendly although one rarely sees them unless needed, making it a relaxing retreat if you like peace and quiet admist a very active, busy city. The metro is right there so can get to other fun Piazzas and the main train station quickly. We did take a taxi to the gorgeous Galleria Borghese and took half day tours to the Collosem (but can easily walk to it) and Vatican being picked up at our hotel. The only drawback was that we had tickets for the hop and off bus but it was quite a walk to get to where they stopped- so might as well walk to the attractions except the Vatican. We like stopping to take pictures and seeing things at our own pace so we would not sign up for the tours next time, just do them on our own taking taxi or bus. Did not see that the lines for people buying tickets at the entrance any longer than we had to wait for our tour group guides who still had to go pick up our tickets. The multitude of group tours required that everyone on tour had to wait anyway. Not sure we should share this secret "hotel" as it is small with limited rooms and we certainly would want to use it again. LOL.

Pros: I waes so impressed with location it is ideal especially if you enjoy walking.the staff were so helpfull the taxi service they organised to and from airport was excellent so professional and efficient.

Pros: Best location in rome i think, it is one building away from the stepps amazing rooms, right next to the subway made it easy to go to the further away attractions. staff had lots of plces in mind for us to go as far as eating and events. best place i have ever been hands down.

you can't find a hotel in a better location in rome, with immpecably decorated rooms and service. even with its extremely close proximity to the spanish steps noise was not a factor. the staff were always very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Cons: The only negative about the hotel is that it does not include breakfast. however, there are several cafes and bars close by where breakfast can be had for less than 3 euros.

Pros: The staff at this property was amazing - so welcoming, efficient, accommodating and friendly...they really made the stay extra-special!
the rooms were beautiful - well furnished - exceptionally clean and comfortable.
the location was just perfect for our visit - close to major attractions, fabulous restaurants, great shopping and wonderful sightseeing opportunities.
i would most definitely return to this hotel - and would highly recommend it.

Pros: The front desk staff was truly exceptional. they contacted us immediately after we made the reservation to ask if we wanted them to arrange pick-up at the airport and offered excellent advice about restaurants, following up to see if we were satisfied with the choice and if we would recommend the restaurant to other guests. the location on the piazza di spagna was a huge plus--great location (and at a metro stop!), yet our room was quiet. room size was more than generous, in fact, our room had a separate living room. while the hotel doesn't offer breakfast on-site, they did give us a card for discounted breakfast at a pleasant, nearby restaurant with outside dining. free internet service!--the only hotel that provided it on our trip (cities included venice, siena and rome--all at the same room rate). it was a very positive experience.

Pros: I travel quite a lot and i found my experience at the relais pierret totally positive and i couldn't find one single fault. i hope i can stay again especially at such a reasonable price.
