The room is so nice, clean and bed comfortable, good bathroom, a little problem is the breakfast, little poor,Best position in the center, Rione Monti is a nice district of Rome, the most central and near you have all best tourist attractions.

This place is ideal for people who like to be where it happens. Turning left from the hotel you see already the walls of the Forum Augusto, the Forum Romana is 100 meters walkin distance, and the Coloseum about 300 meters. The hotel is in the middle of old Rome, yet surrounded by everything that suits the modern traveler. There is a great coffee place at the corner, 2 of the top-50 Roman restaurants in the street itself, and shops just around the corner (including a small grocery store).The room itself is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. There's a coffee maker (Italian style), and everything else that's needed to make you feel home away from home. The only downside I can think off is the lack of view - but that's definitely compensated the moment you step outside.

It is not a hotel, but a room on the third floor of a very old building in small street. There is no reception or breakfast room. Breakfast is 1 croissant hanging on your door in the morning (no plates in the room). Better is to have your coffee and breakfast outdoor. Room is clean and service was good. Location is very good and in walking distance of all the tourist spots. Street is very quiet, no noises at night.To be short: simple, good and clean.

This lovely little Bed and Breakfast is a 5 minute walk to the colosseum. It lies behind an unassuming door in a quiet side street. Not too tricky to find, we asked a local for directions, after that it was easy to find. Bernardo was there waiting for us with a friendly welcome. It is up four flights of stairs, there is no lift. Room is modern, clean and spacious. Apart from our welcome there is no desk reception but Bernardo is easily contacted and responds to any request quickly. There are no phones in the rooms so make sure you have a means of communication. Breakfast is modest but sufficient. Places to eat throughout the day are many. Bathroom is clean and modern, there was only one issue we experienced, the shower head sprayed every which way, this needs to be replaced and the shower door sits slightlyajar which caused water to pool on the bathroom floor. The location of Relias Fori Imperiali is perfect, most things are within walking distance. The hop on hop off tourist buses that are near by is a great option to get around. You can get a 24 hour pass and use this at your leisure. Great little Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Rome

Pros: It's not a hotel but an apartment! everything was very clean. it was awesome, just like living like the italians do with the cute little porches all around in the middle of the building. the only bad thing was that there was no place to check in, you have to call the owner. the restaurant right across the street will call him for you. we were lucky and ran into some really nice neighbors that knew what to do.

Pros: Perfect location 20 m from the forum. beautiful large room in an apartment in which all 4 rooms are rented - each has its own bathroom. decor is beautiful, very arty - bathroom was spacious. my family of 4 were very happy wioth it. beds were firm and good for your back. sofa bed was ok too for the kids. expresso machine in room works great. bernard is great - he lives off site, but can be there in 7 mins if you need him. can park outside the apartment if you are lucky (we did - saved a fortune). two nice, reasonably priced restaurants within 5 metres of the apartment. in all a great experience. i'd recommend to anyone except m,aybe business travellers who require something more formal - although there is wireless.
Cons: Minor things - no elevator, but it's only on the second floor - the outside of the ancient building looks grubby and one floor is a complete wreck and uninhabitable - mirror in bathroom had huge crack, there was a leak with mould on the ceiling above the tub, and one of the arty bedside lamps had the base broken so i nearly cut myself. the breakfast is placed in a tiny kitchen outside the room and you need to pick it up. it's pretty basic continental - some toast, rolls, juice etc....however, it's adequate

Pros: Before arriving we were most worried about the location but we found the neighborhood excellent for evening strolls to bars, restaurants etc. i'd stay there again.

Pros: Neat hotel room, was like a mini-apartment. there was no staff on site 24/7, but bernardo was easy to reach by telephone and was accomodating and helpful.

Pros: Clean and tidy and in a good location.
Cons: No, our coffee machine was not working on our 2nd day but we were give a kettle and instant coffee. shower was not hot enough but we didn't complain.

Cons: If you are looking for a hotel with a front desk person this isn't the place for you. this is a very unique hotel with only 4 rooms. it is more like staying in an apartment (well a room with a bathroom). but the room is lovely, the location was perfect and i think it was great value for what you got. i would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The room was immaculate and very close to the coleseum. the room was cleaned and bed made every day along with fresh towels. bernardo was an excellent help and gave advice on where to eat and directions, he also was very kind as to let us check out at 5pm (normal time is 10 am). the air conditioning was a blessing.
Cons: A bit tricky to find from the metro. there was no kettle for boiling water to make tea in the room however there was a coffee maker which you could put tea or coffee cartridges in but this did not appeal much sharing the same system fo rbot hot drinks.

Pros: The owner/manager was so welcoming and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. the room was large and newly refurbished. it was very modern while retaining the original beamed ceiling. it was very good value and we would have no hesitationg in recommending this apartment to anyone. a real gem!

Pros: The location of the apartment is next to the forum -- convenient to all of ancient rome. the concierge staff is extremely halpful-- always available. we lost of our baggage in transit and the concierge spent hours on the phone to secure our baggage. the apartments are very chic, with individual cappucino machines in the room, clean, with nice artwork and very fast wifi. the breakfasts are also great.

Pros: Great location with some good restaurants and bars close, lovely breakfast, very clean and quiet, top notch hotel, nice finishing touches ie coffee machine, lcd tv, mini bar
Cons: Breakfast could be served a bit earlier or at least an option given for what time you would like and some wine glasses are needed otherwise bang on
