Pros: On arrival we were made most welcome and given an upgrade from a classic to a deluxe room for a small extra charge which was well worth it. the staff werefriendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. breakfast was really good, our room was lovely. we were celebrating our ruby wedding and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. the location was perfect with easy access to all areas of rome and a metro station nearby. top marks all round. we definately recommend this hotel to antone staying in rome and would certainly stay there again.

Pros: Staff was amazing and very helpful, very attentive. i needed help and they were more than willing to come up to my room not once but twice. room was amazing and gorgeous. small but perfect for one person. got there early and they held my luggage and put it in my room for me before i got back. also held my luggage when i was checking out so i could go around the city without bags. very impressed. would definitely stay there again!!!! highly recommended.

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location across the road from popolo plaza and at the top of the main shopping street. there is a metro stop just 100 meters from the hotel and you can visit all of rome's attractions easily from the hotel. the hotel has excellent rooms with all you could need for your stay with mini bar, satelite sky tv & large lcd tv. the room we stayed was very clean and cleaned every day it wasn't a very large room but this is not a very large hotel and was very adequate for our stay. we stayed in december and the hotel was lovely and warm. the breakfast was very good with hot & cold choices and pastries. the staff are extremely helpful and very pleasent and speak good enlgish.
Cons: We had a weekend stay and have no negarive comments. i looked at lots of hotels on the website and was extremely happy with my choice as was my partner who it was a bithday surprise for. we would definatly stay in this hotel on our next stay in rome

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. a lovely breakfast. good, central position.
Cons: Only that the room was rather small and dark.
