"Great location"

Great location, 5/10 minutes walk from the Vatican City. Room very comfortable and shower lovely (always important). The double bed was huge and lovely and firm.Only gripe was the fridge didn't work, but wouldn't put me off staying or recommending it

"Super clean, nice new rooms"

The room was beautiful and the mattress was a wonderful relief to come home to after a long day of sight seeing. The bathroom was fully renoed clean and seemed new. We got great value for money and were happy with our stay.Don't expect a typical breakfast buffet, breakfast is a voucher for a capuchino, juice and a pastry at the little cafe down the street. We were happy with the service there and to see the locals interacting. We complimented the breakfast with fruit from the mini mart downstairs and were good to go.

"Roman Holidays - Vatican City"

We stayed three nights at this B & B and were very impressed with the property. Close to the Vatican and a short walk from the Metro. The rooms are modern and clean with excellent en suite facilities. The property is located within a apartment building and our room was on the fourth floor (lift and stairs). We would definitely stay again when travelling to Rome.

"Great place to stay for weekend break"

I and my friends stayed at the B&B for three nights. As we came for weekend break and most of the time we were out in the city we had only slept in the B&B. The place was very clean, breakfast place was around the corner which was only coffee, croissant and juice but it was ok to start a day. The BB is in very convenient area to get to the all touristic places and Vatican is around the corner.

"Enjoy"

Enjoy but you had to know that breakfust are taken out of hotel... the hotel is near the Vatincan's City and a subway's station that is very convenient... the room was clear but not specifially "not smoking". the staff was very professionnel

Pros: Staff were very nice despite the language barriers, prompt response from e-mail enquiries, wifi good room very clean and presentable.
Cons: Very difficult to find actual building but staff very helpful in finding it.

Pros: 5 minutes from the metro.

Pros: The hotel has lovely decor and is spotlessly clean with a free safe in the room. its in a good area where the restaurants are frequented by locals. walking distance to vatican and shopping street and 5 mins from ottoviana metro - this is 2 -6 stops from all major attractions. when we had an issue i emailed from my smart phone and got a reply within 30 mins. much better value for money than you could get in the uk.
Cons: We didn't mind walking to the cafe on the corner for breakfast and didn't mind it was coffee and a choice of croissant but some might. cafe nice and clean and friendly. bear in mind this is within an apartment block and hence there is no restaurant and reception is only manned some mornings. the fancy shower didn't work - the standard did. we couldn't turn our radiator down because it was broken but we put the silent air con on to counter it.

"Nice, clean and confortable rooms"

Pros: Nice, clean and confortable rooms. bus and metro transport close by.
Cons: We did not realise that the b & b was a small part of a big building of office and appartments. beakfast was served accross the street in a cafe and was very poor. also we were not aware of how far the b&b was from the main tourist attractions.

Pros: The rooms were beautiful and clean.
Cons: The "breakfast" aspect of this "bed and breakfast" included walking to a cafe and being allowed to pick out one pastry and a glass of juice. it was not at all what i was expecting. also, the "staff", which consisted of one woman at the front desk, was never present. i had to call her on her cell phone to let us into the bed and breakfast from a roman's cellphone. she was never present at night hours, and the room was very inaccessible.

"The staff was helpful and efficient"

Pros: The staff was helpful and efficient. the room was very clean, decorated very tastefully and always made up when we returned from our day of activities.
Cons: The television kept turning on at 2 am every morning. we would wake up and have to turn it off. also, the directions to find the hotel were vague and we had a lot of trouble finding help to get there. the instructions should be precise especially since it is in a foreign country.

Pros: Room was nice decorated and clean.
Cons: They did not have room for us in the main hotel so they transfered us to another 10 minutes away and there room was very noisy. the hotel staff's english was very poor and they was somethimes rude to us.

Pros: The place was nice, had air conditioning and wi fi and was clean.
Cons: We were told that it was "a few meters from the train" and when we got there we could not find it. nobody heard of the street of the hotel either.
