Pros: Central location accessible to all tourist spots we walked mostly everywhere. breakfast was plentiful, staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were serviced daily. i would recommend this hotel to others and stay there again.
Cons: There was an occassional foul sewerage type smell in my room however i did not complain as we were only in the room to sleep however this was in march and i would imagine it would be worse in the summer. my three siblings stayed in a triple room but the beds were literally up against each other. the bar was closed during our 3 night stay but there was a single vending machine for soft drinks/crisps/chocolate. i would however say that these negative points are outweighed by the price of this centrally located accommodation and as i have already said, i would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The hotel is ideally situated behind the campo dei fiore, the room was comfortable and quiet at the rear of the hotel and the bathroom excellent. breakfast was ample,buffet style, you could eat as much as you wished,juice and coffee was included. the roof garden on the 4th floor was charming with a view over the roofs. reception was businesslike and efficient rather than friendly. as a base for seeing the sights of rome this was ideal. if you are going to the galleria borghese i can recommed the 116 electric bus which goes from behind the campo through the most interesting parts of rome.

Pros: Staff couldn't be more helpful, hotel in great location - walk to almost everything. bus next block up goes to either the vatican or the main station. disregard bad reviews from cranky tourists, this hotel is all you need for a short stay in rome.
