Pros: It was just what i was looking for: modern, clean, simple but very nice, spacious (esp by european standards), great clean bathroom with full showers, great free breakfast, accommodating staff, free wifi, use of a computer, free water, good location close to buses and main train station, great maps handed out at front desk, nice big bath towels, free use of a blow dryer.
Cons: Nothing negative: just keep in mind this is no frills from the sense of no fancy lobby or trappings; no restaurant on site but none needed. very nice clean small lobby. i would recommend for all types of travelers, but it doesn't give me the option below to say so.

Cons: In the absence of tea and coffee facility in the room,use of a coffee machine in a common area would have been good.

Pros: Very clean room, in very good location near the metro sation. very nice bathroom.nice breakfast.very helpful staff.
Cons: The restaurant in the ground floor of the building had something like a praty the first night of our stay and we felt like the people drinking were in our room, but it was only for one night. the rest of our stay was quiet.

Pros: Good location. easy access to train, metro, and buses. excellent and helpful staff (day shift). clean and spacious room. free 2 bottles of water/day provided in the room (never get this in other hotels in italy). we definitely will stay here for next visit to rome.
Cons: Difficult to find a first place. will be great to provide direction in details in the website.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at suite dreams. the hotel was in central rome and because of this we were able to walk to just about all of rome's treasures. also the conceirge, pierre francesco, went out of his way to be helpful. he gave us all the info we needed to navigate around the city. we loved the hotel!!
