There are various sizes of apartments: Studio, One bedroom, Two bedroom and Three bedroom apartments located in the Trastevere area and surroundings. All the properties, perfectly equipped as hotel suites, offer all kinds of comforts in absolute privacy, simply to make you feel at home away from home.
- Booking conditions:
- Reservations for tomorrow are immediately charged 20% of the total amount.
- Cancellation policy: With a cancellation from 29-15 days before arrival there is a 50% charge and from 15 days there is a 100% charge.
- Guests need to pay €40.00 for the final cleaning and €30.00 for check-in fee.
- After making the reservation, the apartment will send you an e-mail with check-in instructions.
In case of a late arrival (after 7.00 p.m we will charge an extra of Euro 16. After 24 p.m. we will charge an extra of Euro 32 ). Check-in made on Sunday or Bank Holidays we will charge an extra of Euro 16; after 7.00 p.m we will charge Euro 16 more. After 24 p.m. we will charge Euro 16 more.
