Pros: Staff was very kind and helpful. rooms were clean.
Cons: Rooms far too small. air conditioning very poor. no hand towels or face cloths. beds of poor quality. hotel rooms are in different buildings...the address that we gave for our airport shuttle pick up wasnt where our room ended up being and we almost missed the shuttle.

Cons: The bathroom. the shower was located in a position that when you had a shower there was water everywhere on the bathroom floor. the door to the bathroom was all damaged as a result of showering. there was no where to put a dry towel as the floor was all wet. worst bathroom we have ever seen. certainly not a 3 star hotel. internet did not work when you needed it.

Pros: The hotel is central and very close to termini station. the room was spacious and bright and worth the amount you paid for. overall, very nice stay.
Cons: One of the hotels male staff was very rude and unhelpful. the dvd player in the room did not work which was inconvinient as there were no english channels. i would not advise women to stay there alone as the area is a bit sketchy. the rooms are not sound proof so you can hear everything and in the mornings it was sometimes noisy meaning you cant lie in.

Pros: The location is great, the room is excellent with the modern facilities. have to say thumbs up to the cleaner for the high standard service.
Cons: The first night have to change to another b & b because my booked room not available.the room is totally less facilities compared to the room that i booked for and have to pay same price in cash immediately. the people are nice but very bad management. also, better to mention in the advertisement , if paying by credit card, the customer have to pay extra 5% in total room cost. in summary, everything is great but the owner of b & b really, really need a drastic improvement on management.

Pros: The staff esp.lina and norie,they've been a great help as ts our first trip to the country.location of the hotel is very good and its close to all public transport.the hotel is a great value for money whish is suitable for our budget.again i would like to say thank you to lina and norie who made things a little bit easier for us to get around rome.
Cons: The only negative experience we've had was the bathroom,you have to block the door with towels before you shower.

Pros: Clean and tidy very helpful staff (lina was great very helpful and also spoke good english) a very central location and quiet have no hesitation in recommending it.

Pros: 1. the location was very good for us as we needed to catch trains from the termini station and so the walking distance made it easier to sightsee.
2. a large flatscreen tv in the room was very good.
3. the staff at the hotel were generally pleasant, although they were also very pushy that we give them a favourable online review, as a 'favour' -- we were asked to do this multiple times, the first being even before we had seen our room - which we thought was unacceptable.
Cons: There were multiple negatives:
1. this hotel charged us a extra 5% for paying with a credit card (so the advertised 'low' price was a sham), which we think is completely unethical -- our hotel in venice (also a small b&b) informed us that this was a violation of their contract with the credit card companies & that no hotel should do this. they urged us to report this.
2. the room size (we booked a double room) was tiny, with scarcely enough room to put our luggage (the bed covered almost all of the room).
3. the bathroom was unclean when we checked in (other people's hair and used soap was in the soap dish) - we had to clean out the shower area by ourselves.
4. the noise levels were unacceptable - from our room, we could hear people buzzing the lobby after midnight and phones ringing very early in the morning - this disturbed our sleep.
5. the 'breakfast' was measely - a nearby cafe where we were sent, offered a single brioche and a small drink.

Pros: Good location and only few steps from termini station.good value for money,very friendly staffs thanks to ate lina who guided us throughout our stay.the hotel is very very clean.we had a good nap every afternoon as we were so tired going out everyday and we had no problem coming back to the hotel even very late at night.we've got our keys so,we can come anytime if we want.we really like this hotel and we already recommend our friends to stay in this hotel and we would definitely coming back and stay in this hotel again.
Cons: No.

Cons: The worst thing is that they charge you 5% service fee if you pay with bank card, i mean any card.
