Pros: The hotel was at the city center and next to the termini metro station which means that you could visit all places very easily. it was quite clean and in general it was worth the money.
Cons: From the moment we arrived we were asked to pay for 2 rooms when i had booked only one and i had the confirmation printed out with me. i dont know whose mistake this was -because they indeed had two rooms in my name in their computer- but definately they were pushing us to pay for both or the cancellation fee and call the agency -in spain- to pay for the other room. although i had booked only one room. at the end the hotel staff -who did not allow us to check our emails from there but sent us to an internet hotel in the neighborhood- agreed to speak to the spanish agency -using mobile- and were informed that i had booked only one room. they were rude and were shouting.

Pros: Excellent location

Pros: 3 minutes walk to central station in rome, tourist sites and many restuarants are within walking distance.
Cons: Aircondition unit was not working, first three nights were warm and there was no fan in the room.

Pros: We had no positive experiences - it was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.
Cons: On arrival there was only one room available instead of the two we had booked and paid for.

we were advised they would upgrade us to an apartment and after a very very long wait took us on a very very long walk round the streets with our luggage to get to a horrible apartment, still with only one bedroom. i was travelling with my father and we did not wish to share. we were taken back to the hotel and had to share a room.

on day two we were advised rudely that breakfast was not included. i created a fuss so was allowed breakfast but most was taken away by the time we were allowed to sit down so did not go back any other day.

all the staff were rude. no-one apologised to us over any of these mistakes and no one was in any way nice at any pount during our stay.

on day two the air conditioning broke and it was imposible to sleep in the mid-afternoon heat. this was not fixed until the next day and when i complained, simply advised that nothing could be done.

this was simply an unpleasant, unfriendly and inefficient hotel.

Pros: Great location near all sites and metro/termini
Cons: Bathroom was terrible needs improvement for the price we paid

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, lovely clean room, nice breakfast.

Cons: I was very dissapointed as it was difficult to find our room [6th floor] even after 4 days. there are no fire escape signs leading you out of the hotel. there is nowhere to hang tales in the bathroom and no place for soap etc in the shower.the curtains could not be opened unless you unhooked them from ther rail. we returned from dinner the first night to find that the lock on our door was faulty and they did not put us in another room [obviously minus our clothes and toiletories] until 11pm. the following morning we moved into the new room but the safe did not work and the shower leaked, on top of all these problems the phone did not work so i had to find my way down to reception to report the problems. i asked to see the manager or owner but this never happened. i suggested that i should have been recompensed for all the problems and inconvenience, but this never happened. it is a shame as this hotel has the potenial, but service was sadly lacking, and i have grave doubts about fire safety.

Pros: Realy good service breakfast was very good plenty to choose from and was freshly prepaired.
Cons: It was a shame we could not get into our room until 2pm no one told us that. also a shame no bar.
