Despite both websites (easytobook.com and the abbey court hotel website) stating that there would be wi-fi internet access in the room, it was not available, and the staff simply asked me to use the lobby. it's not always that easy! 匿名

Was palced in a grond floor room which was next to a door that seem to be for all the cleaning staff to go through. with the constand banging and chatting outside the room leed to a very early wake up call !!!匿名

Exclellent location, good for getting into a green space ( hyde park). Rooms are a bit small and "hostel-like" with no frills. however ok for the money, and everything worked. public spaces very smart. staff helpful and pleasant. quick service in the breakfast room.Rushton

Beautiful entrance hall that gives a wonderful first impressionI chose the hotel mainly because of the fact that it had a carpark we could use, but when we got there it was being refurbished so we couldn't use it and had to pay £19 to park for the whole day- it would have been massively appreciated if someone told us so we could have chosen another hotel!
staff were rude and unhelpful,
room was definitely not up to the same beautiful standard as the entrance hall,
hotel should make customers aware that that have to travel through congestion charge areas to get to the hotel.匿名
