 "Family Stay is Bastion !!"
I stayed in a Deluxe room with my wife and daughter.- Everything about the hotel is very good. - Neat and clean. - Nice and friendly staff who talks English very well.- Very secured, you cannot even operate the elevator without your room key. - Room service is excellent.- The only drawback is that it is about 1.2kms from the station. And the walk is a pleasant one.- I did not try the breakfast, as 14 EUR sounded a bit costly and the reviews I read about the breakfast were not positive.- Worth the money and the staffs travel an extra mile to help you.

 "Perfect for a short break"
I took my children to the Amsterdam ArenA to watch Ajax play Celtic and this hotel was an ideal base; only 10 minutes by metro from the ground and only 10 minutes by metro to Central Station.The staff were friendly and helpful and made us all feel welcome; the rooms were clean, the food was really nice and the service was great.Only negatives would be the Wi-Fi was not working in the hotel lobby and the internet connection on my iPhone was not enabling me to access all websites....but that is a minor point in comparison to all the positives.

 "Close to Ziggo dome"
I selected this hotel for an overnight stay after a rock concert in Zoggo dome.The location is ideal just beacause the trip to Ziggo Dome by cab is less as EUR 10,- it is located on an industrial park so nothing to do, see or eat in the vicinity.You can park your own car in the guarded car park underneeth the hotel, no extra charge. In the Hotel you drink a beer but for diner I would not recommend it.Rooms are clean and in the morning you can take a good shower, staff is friendly, due to the dinner we did not try the breakfast.

Pros: Good location - easy to find off the motorway and trams into city centre easy
Cons: Although reception had our reservation, they had it at the wrong price and for the wrong standard of room - all was sorted out though.

 "I thought the people were very friendly"
Pros: I thought the people were very friendly. especialy roy - i don't know his last name but he is very tall.
Cons: Parking lot was full in the evening and i was backing out and hit the small grey wall which is part of the exit out of the underground. it should not be painted dark grey but should have a bright reflector on it so you can see it when backing up.

 "The room was clean and tidy"
Pros: The room was clean and tidy. the hotel parking was close to the hotel. the whole of the basic experience was good.
Cons: The metro is 15 minute walk from the hotel not 4 minutes. the hotel is over priced for the area it's in and the standard of the hotel. the hotel only had one person on reception during peak booking in and checking out time causing a big queue.

Cons: The hotel only had 1 room reserved for us therefore we were transfered to a hotel at the airport. this led us to incurr extra travel costs to and from amsterdam central.

due to the poor booking and location we checked out after the first night. we were not impressed
