Good arrival procedure. That's it.Dust is everywhere. A very unsupportive staff. Then I wanted to speak to a manager. It didn't help. Nobody really cared about you, unworking Internet and delayed breakfast.By the way- breakfast is below average. But they couldn't spoil my ansterdam:) Just don't stay there. There are many other hotels to try:)

Great hotel, great staff. I felt very welcome and when I got sick the hotelmanager was very thoughtful and took time to take care of me. If I go to Amsterdam again I am definitely picking Hotel Weber to live!

Had a great stay. Bought an Amsterdam card for free public transport etc. Best musuem we found was the Rembrandt house. Avoid the Akbar Indian restaurant just round the corner however. Best eating was at the Carel3 bar, excellent food, good beer and very friendly service.

really enjoyed our stay here. Having breakfast in fridge was great idea but due to a staffing issue on our 2nd morning, the bread arrived after we had gone out and bought our own. Would love to go back again.

We loved our room which had nice accessoirs and was quite spacy. The concept to eat your breakfast in your room is great! The fridge had everything we needed to start the day. I slept terrificly- the best night I had in a hotel room since I can remember. The bar just beneath our room might have been quite noisy but we brought our earplugs (there were also earplugs on our bed sideboard) and everything was fine! Service was very friendly and the location is great to go and explore the city. But watch your step when you go back: the stairway is very steep... Altogether it was just awesome!! We will come back!!!

Stayed here Fri - Mon, with my boyfriend for a Birthday treat. Had read the reviews re: noise and yes although the bar is noisy the windows keep alot of noise out and if not the earplugs do. The room was great - we had the room with the balcony which was a beautiful addition. Breakfast great a the bread always so fresh and smelt and taested delicious! Would definitely recommend and will book to stay here next time we're in 'The Dam'. this is my fourth time to the city and I have always stayed this end - a far far nicer end than Red Light Distrtict with beautiful tree lined streets lovely cafe's and shops! What more could you want.

Pros: Excellent location easy to get to from airport. liked the idea of the breakfast in the room suited myself and daughter.
Cons: Those stairs!! not suitable for anyone with problem with stairs. typical dutch though.

Pros: Large bed (2 large singles together, i think) for my wife and i and our 2 1/2 year old son - very comfortable. lovely staff, good location, great room.
Cons: Steep stairs but then it's an old building - part of the character. noise from bar below others have commented on wasn't a problem and from trams only mildly so...
