Cons: The tv in the room did not work. although someone came to the room to look at it, it was not repaired or replaced, and i heard nothing further. also i had to leave early and there were no staff on reception

Pros: Clean room
Cons: Staffs attitude; extremely poor value for money (£250euro without breakfast for a small average room). i travel a lot for business. this was the worst value for money i experienced. i believe this partly due to the fees charged by your website. never again will i book through you.

"The hotel was close to the train station and local shops"

Pros: The hotel was close to the train station and local shops. the room and bathroom was very clean and big. hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, would stay there again if i was visiting amsterdam in the near future.

"Best hotel ever"

Pros: Best hotel ever. have travelled to different countries. ideal location,friendly welcoming staff. good quality food, however could improve variety and choice.
Cons: I travelled with my young child. we both had a wonderful experience and definantly would visit again and have already recommended to friends. comfortable hotel for people with children. excellent pool, sauna and steam room.

"Convenient"

Pros: Convenient. just a few minutes walk when get off from zaandam train station.
Cons: 1. the area near the hotel is under development. 2. suggest the room charge be included the breakfast at special rate.

"The rooms were fantastic"

Pros: The rooms were fantastic. really contemperary, and the little window from the bedroom to the bathroom was very reminiscent of the red light district! really impressed and will definatley be coming back before the end of the year. great hotel!

"Great location beside the train station, though not well signed to get..."

Pros: Great location beside the train station, though not well signed to get across to the hotel.
Cons: I booked a room for two persons, but when they gave me the keys it was two single beds together. i had to pay extra to get a double room instead. a cost that wasnt written on the website so i was a little put off. also i had problems with the tv as it kept loosing signal and sound. finally as there is building works going around the hotel, we were awoken at 06h45 by the builders playing the radio very loud. it wasnt the night away i was hoping for.

Pros: Interesting looking hotel, nice staff and good location. nice bathroom facilities in the room.
Cons: We had a suite, i felt it was too 'clinical' designed for business travellers. very cold vynil flooring where i would have preferred carpet and cosyness. the room cleaning staff could do a better job. shame about all the building work going on that will be happening for a long time it seems.

"Really enjoyed our stay here"

Pros: Really enjoyed our stay here. train station just over the road so easy access to amsterdam centre and airport. spa facilities included in the room price. very comfortable and clean and staff very helpful.
Cons: Hotel currently in the middle of a buildng site but when all complete will be an excellent location
