The front of the hotel and reception are lovely and pleasent.on arrival u Then u get told ur room is across the street behind this building. This building seems more neglected. The stairs are steep as a ladder almost and the showers were disgusting. Also they would not provide any extra pillows for my crappy double bed which barely fitted in the room. Overall experience was 2/5 only thing that saved them from 0/5 is they serve breakfast which is pretty good to be fair. I would not recommend.

We booked online and stayed for 4 nights. The staff, rooms cleanliness and location were perfect. We have booked to go back at the end of may. The hotel is accredit to those who operate it. It was the easiest booking and best stay we have had in Europe so far!!! Would recommend it to anyone for value and cleanliness

Good location, kept clean, free buffet breakfast, friendly staff, it was a great hotel and it was amazing considering we paid so little highly recommended for a boys holiday!!!!The hotel couldn't be closer to everything and also local cafes pub and loads of food places next to city centre couple mins from hotel! Great hotel I would definitely stay again

Great hotel and location, only let down was only two of 6 lug sockets worked and breakfast ended far to early and if you did make it down on time there was no where to sit, which when you are in a group of 8 people can be quite a problem.

Great hotel, good value especially for students. Modern hotel, rooms were quite small and simple but very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Would go back and stay there again.

I `ve been to amsterdam many times and I tried many different hostels but this one is the best by far. Ok this a hotel,but even as a hotel I think it`s pretty good one you just don`t get the extra hotel services which for me are not needed.

our room was ridiculously small double room, with no fridge, we had to share our shower and toilet with residents on the floor. It was awful coming out of the shower and seeing a man on ur floor just so awkward, it was not worth the price At all. Really really great location though

It is a hotel more than acceptable. Correct breakfast and cleanliness without complaints. Only I can say that I had a little problem of interpretation to the lenguage.When some day returns to Amsterdam, I am sure that I will return to the same hotel.

THis hotel is extremely ideal for location. It is close to the train station and very central to Dam square also red light district. The staff were very friendly, helpful and would recommend this hotel to people. Other than the fact that our beds were bunk beds I do not have any complains. There was 12 of us you can imagine the amount of noise we made. We were warned once about the levels of noise but no further action. Overall friendly staff, clean hotel, would recommend it to others on a tight budget, breakfast was ok

Pros: The hotel is near of central station and amsterdam downtown. all inside the hotel is clean and modern. there is a lift and computers with internet are available for customers.

Pros: Easy to find, free internet & clean.
Cons: The included breakfast that was shown on my bill as costing £9 per day was not very good. all it included bread for toast, cheese and salami that had gone hard/off. it was the same on all 3 mornings i was there.

Pros: The hotel is great location, the rooms and hotel in general are very clean and comfy, staff were helpful, breakfast is continental but free coffee / tea and toast were fine first thing. we arrived early and could leave bags safely in the hold room, while we went to coffeeshop. bulldog up the road is great value and good selection of weed!!
