Very friendly and helpful staff. though hotel is quite old, and rooms rather small (but very comfortable!!!) cleanless is ok and facilities as well.
the location is perfect and i would really recommend it for travellers who really want to disover one of the nicest cities in europe!!!
Price for breakfast, which is a bit expensive for coffee, juice and croissant.
