Description
A Few steps from the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elyses, the Hotel de Banville, completely renovated in 2005,combines today the charm of the 1930's with a resolutely top-of-the-range design. For business travellers, the hotel is walking distance to the Palais des Congrs, the Porte Maillot Exhibition Center, the Espace Champerret and close to la Dfense. Leisure travellers can enjoy old Opera House, the famous Department stores (Printemps and Galeries Lafayette), Eiffel Tower, flea market, the Muse dOrsay, the Louvre and Roland Garros within 10 minutes Mtro (subway) journey. Its 38 rooms all are different tastefully decorated and are offering today modern amenities. The top three floors afford views of the Paris monuments. The materials have been chosen carefully to create bright and cosy spaces... The heart and soul of the living room is expressed around the piano, the chimney and the old paintings. The corridors and stairway in the Htel de Banville opt for simplicity and elegance. In keeping with the 1930s architecture, Parisian stone walls, marble and the highly ornamental black rail are now highlighted by the deep red of the room doors and the linen drapes at the windows. My friend recommended this hotel to me, it had excellent service from the staff.the hotel was very nice and rooms well equipped when we go back to paris again would definetely use this hotel and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to other people.
