Suitedreams just brilliant. walking distance from termini station located just off the via nazionale, it was far superior to the "tourist" hotels in such close proximity. this is a family run hotel and it shows. attention to detail in the room is great - they are simple and clean and very modern. the staff are very helpful providing you with great tips for restaurants and highlighting locations on maps to the top tourist spots. easily walkable to trevi fountain, pantheon, piazza navone, quirinale and spanish steps - and if you are too tired to walk back, repulicca metro stop is a mere block. termini another couple beyond. i couldn't recommend a better spot. great restaurants (not too touristy) are within easy walking distance too.

I would recommend this small, friendly yet modern and contemporary hotel to anybody i know. the service we recieved only enhanced the pleasure of our 'rome' experience. i am extremely thankful to have found the hotel through your website as i found it extremely difficult to find accomodation for my budget and this hotel ticked all the right boxes and more. i say this because looking at prices of large but basic hotels shocked me, it appeared that you don't really get much for your money when it comes to accomodation in rome but like i say the hotel offered us everything we needed and wanted during our stay, thereful i am extremely thankful to have found it. 10 out of 10! Almost everything about suite dreams was positive the staff were extremely helpful, hotel and rooms were kept very clean, rooms were good sized and looked exactly like the pictures which does not always happen, and the locations was great a stones throw from a metro line, a 5 minute walk to the central train station, the spanish steps. The hotel is ideally located just off the busy via nazionale, at walking distance from the busy touristic city centre, but the nearby (ca. 200 metres) metrostation makes exploring the city even easier. the hotel staff was very friendly, especially the owner of the hotel was very helpful as well. the room looked new, was clean and had all basic facilities. all in all we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would def. recommend it to any other persons travelling to rome. 
On 2 days there was a slight smell of foul air in the bathroom, probably coming from the sewers.Van Klaveren

Het hotel zag er nog beter uit dan op de website. zeer design vol, schoon, goed ontbijt en bijzonder hulpvaardig personeel. geven ook adressen van zeer goede typisch italiaanse restaurants door. perfecte ligging.
