The Comfort Apartment offers a Double bedroom furnished with cupboard, bedside tables and ensuite bathroom attached. You can have a matrimonial bed or 2 single beds.The apartment has just been fully renovated. With crystal glass shower and all bathroom furnishings.We also offer hairdryer free linen and towels.

Small living area and dining table with tv and music system. L-shaped comfortable sofa which will turn into bed for 3rd person if required.
Small Kitchen:
Adequate to make basic meals

We are located on a qauint side street of via del Babuino, which is the main street which runs through the well renowned Spanish Steps.
Metro Spagna and Piazza del Popolo are nearby. The electric bus which runs the center of the city is located less than 50m from the apartment.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE LEFT LUGGAGE AFTER CHECKOUT.This is as it is an apartment. We recomend that you use Termini stations left luggage section.

Dont forget we offer the airport pickup service with private chauffer car from either airport, we recomend this to save time and energy .
We are near to P del Popolo or the Spanish Steps metro stop, just a 5 minute walk.

The comfort stay is in a great location and excellent value for money. one of the owners met us and gave us some good advice on where to eat and how to 'get around' in rome. we would recommend the comfort stay and hope to return.04 Aug 08
Location was excellent as very close to many sights. basic accom but it suited our requirements...did more sight seeing than couch sitting! 
We were not advised that we had to check out early !!!. we were asked to phone to book our car transfer to airport the day before departure and were then told we had to check out as other people were arriving. we did advise our arrival and departure times. this meant that we had to go to termini train station, book in our luggage and wander around for most of the day before catching train to airport. this was not ideal and would have appreciated being informed of this when we checked in so alternative could have been arranged. so please clarify the arrangements on check in to avoid mixups and inconveniences.25 Jul 08
Central location is excellentTv and cd player not working. apartment not clean.....dirty floor, bathroom not cleaned adequately. very noisy location as opposite meat company, delivery and chopping of carcases from 5am08 Jul 08
Apartment was great. same price as hostels but a thousand times better. perfect location. clean with all necessary facilities. would definitely stay there again. 08 Jun 08

Quite basic (as reflected in the price) but well-located and very clean and comfortable. it had everything you would require.great value for money.11 Apr 08
We stayed at the smallest of the available apartments and loved it. (friends of ours, a family of 5, stayed at the largest apartment some months ago and loved it as well)
the apartment was exactly what we needed, no more no less.
not huge, but comfy and cosy, and the location is unbeatable.
michael, the guy who checked us in was pleasant, the place was in good shape and clean.
we never used the kitchen (haha...), too many good places around to enjoy the local pasta and wine.
nice to have your own place right in the city centre, great to be able to walk back home any time you like.
