Description
Beautiful self-catering apartment in the Spanish steps area of Rome. There is no better location in the historical city! Each Apartment has all modern conveniences for a wonderful holiday. WITH WONDERFUL PRIVATE COURTYARD EQUIPT WITH GARDEN TABLE AND CHAIRS. Apartment also has airconditioning throughout.newly renovated thi year with new frech doors to courtyard.
Bedroom: we offer a double bedroom, with either matrimonial bed or 2 single beds.
Living Area:This is equipt with TV, music system,sofa and dining table and chairs.The sofa turns into a bed to accomodate another 2 persons.ALL AIRCON INCLUDED
Small Bathroom:
With shower box, sink and toilet
Kichen area, as in american kitchen equipt with microwave, fridge, coffee machine.
Linen and Utilities are included in the price.

The apartment has a lovely private terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy a glass of wine or an evening meal.
The terrace is adorned with greenery and is quite private.

We are located on a qauint side street of via del Babuino, which is the main street which runs through the well renowned Spanish Steps.
Metro Spagna and Piazza del Popolo are nearby. The electric bus which runs the center of the city is located less than 50m from the apartment.

The location is great, the apartment was spotless and the outside balcony was fantastic to sit in the evening and share a bottle of wine and to have breakfast.
sofa bed in lounge very comfortable and so was other bed.
The biggest gripe i had with this was that i told the owners (or their agents) to expect us between 9.30 and 10pm but we would call them when we arrived at the airport to confirm. we tried calling three times on the way to the apartment in the taxi but the phone was switched off. when we arrived at the apartment we called again only to be told that they were 30 minutes away. there was a nice little bar around the corner but we had an overtired 2 year old and because it took an hour plus to get into the apartment he was hysterical and inconsolable by the time and very difficult to settle. if you didnt have a child then not so bad, pretty annoying but ok as you can sit and have a drink close by.
the bathroom was very very small but fine - maybe a door that closed on the bathroom wouldnt go astray!匿名

Really enjoyed our stay - appartment cosy and clean.close to centre but felt genuine not "touristy". will definitely be back and will reccommend it to others. arrived early and were able to get in by 10.30 - guy who met us with key very friendly and helpful.匿名

The apartment was in a central position for exploring rome. we were given lots of good advice about places to visit etc. we loved having somewhere to sit out.There was a double booking on our first evening and we had to stay in another apartment for one night. this was a nice flat, but very noisy in the morning and it didn't have a terrace.匿名

We hebben ons verblijf als aangenaam ervaren. de locatie is uitstekenda gelegen, heel centraal. dat was de reden voor de hoofdreden om te boeken.Jammer dat niet is verteld dat de gaskraan om iets te koken moest worden opengedraaid en het beloofde koffiezetapparaat ondanks verzoek en toezegging er niet is gekomen. vooral als je met een kind reist die naar bed moet is het fijn als je voor jezelf dan toch 's avonds een kop koffie kunt zetten. de douchekraan mag wel eens vervangen worden. al met al kleine puntjes voor wat betreft het achterstallig onderhoud.
