Bus shuttle service to mecca need to improve by proper management. Some people who supervise the breakfast need to be behave well with guest. They need to be handle guest with due respect. Their is no scope for rude or low level behavior, staff must be trained to handle guest with respect. This is the essence of the hospitality of hotel management.

In general, I've performed a good Omrah and the hotel was more than enough for me. Check-in was fast by using the booking number I've got from easytobook.comThe hotel doesn't have parking area. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to reach Alharam Almakki from the hotel. The towers are little bit confusing and you have to go to the appropriate elevator to reach your room.
