Description
Apt. Balmes is perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona, just 2 minutes from Placa Catalunya and 5 minutes from La Rambla.
Apt. Balmes is a great combination of 2 large central apartments situated on the same floor, offering travelers a quality clean private room for a great economical price.
Each shared apartment has 5 private lockable rooms, (one flat has 5 private twin rooms, and the other has 1 private single, 3 private twins and 1 private triple.) Both apartments also have a fully equipped kitchen, 2 showers and 2 toilets for all guests to share. The property supplies all bed linens, pillows and towels.
If you want a private room in the city centre, and be able to walk to lots of shops, pubs & clubs, restaurants & cafes, then we highly recommend you to book a room in Apt. Balmes.
Minimum stay required: 3 nights New year's minimum stay: 5 nights (from 22/12 till 04/01)

HOW TO ARRIVE By metro: Take the red metro line 1 or the purple metro line 2 to 'Universitat' station or take the red metro line 1 or the green metro line 3 to 'Catalunya' station. From there, walk to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat to reach the hotel.
From Barcelona Airport: Take the Areobus to Placa Catalunya. From Placa Catalunya it is approximately 8 minutes walking distance to the other side of Placa Catalunya and the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat. Walk towards the large OPEL sign that is located above Placa Catalunya.
From Sants train/bus station: Take the green metro line 3 to the 'Catalunya' station. Walk to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat to reach the hotel.
From 'Estacio del Nord' bus station: Take a taxi to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat or take the metro to the 'Universitat' stop.

Grosses zimmer, die lage ist nicht für verkehrslärmempfindliche, aber die aussicht aus dem obersten stockwerk entschädigt ;-)

Super gelegen und wirklich sauber, bad war immer geputzt, die küche war ebenfalls sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. zimmer an der strasse etwas laut, ansonsten auch dieses sehr in ordnung. absolut empfehlenswert wenn man gleich im zentrum wohnen möchte!匿名

We stayed at the balmes for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. the location is fantastic, the staff very friendly and the rooms spotless. we would stay again. our only problem and it is hardly worth a mention is that the beds were a bit uncomfortable. i have stayed in lots of accomodation and this place was great value for money!!!!Janatka

Nice flat, good value for money, it is fair enough if you are on a city trip, you have the basic things you need. i can recommend this accommodation. the lady who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of information about the city too.A bit noisy, but it's because of the centre of barcelona and a main road, so everything was reachable quickly, plaza catalunya is really close, which is a main square. for a couple of days that noise doesn't matter. the cleaning liquid or something they used was really strong, you can smell it everywhere and on everything.匿名

Great location, kitchen was fully equiped which saved us some money as we could cook meals. our room was a bit cold but the manager bought a heater so that was fine. The room had a door to an adjoining apartment, we could hear the cleaner in there, if there had been people staying in there it would have been noisy but it was okHui
