Cons: 設備に不備があったときに、受付などがないので、すぐの対応ができない。（指定時間内の電話のみなので）　知らないと、場所がわかりにくい。

Value for the money and great location! Easy to go by bus from/to airport. You will meet the landlord and get the keys and she will give you some useful information about Barcelona.

We were really happy with our choice of the apartment, however being 190 cm high the bed should have been longer and the beds were very simple with a quite noisy metalstructure. I would probably choose to stay there again next time in Barcelona due to the other facilities (nice bath and useful kitchen) and the perfect location

The room, location, cleaness is alright. All I would say is that it doesn't worth the price! And we did not have a pleasant stay there at all!Firstly, let me start with the service:The guy who showed us into the room was not friendly, he looked like he was in a rush just trying to get the money and then get rid of us. No introduction of the city or asking us if there is any questions. After we checked in, the wifi network is not working for us at all, we phoned again the hotel, they said it's too late (9pm) to restart the router in another room, they will check it the next morning. We understood the situation and waited patiently. The next day at noon, we tried again, still not working. So we lived there for 4 days WITHOUT internet which caused a trouble for us to check for information needed! Secondly, the sleep quality: The hotel is just above a very busy junction, a lot of sight-seeing buses and cars passing through. Drivers use the horn a lot, it is Extremely noisy we could barely fall asleep every night. The noise level could be lowered if we could close the window. However, the hotel only provides one FAN in each room, and if you don't open the window and put the fan as close as possible, all you can get is HOT Air!Thirdly, the toilet: There are two toilets right next to each other, but part of the wall in between is formed with very thick glass with uneven-surface. If both of the toilets are occupied, the people in side can easily see the movement of each other. Although, you can only vaguely see, if you are a person who cares about protecing this kind of privacy, this hotel definitely is not ideal for you.Last but not least, the room: We paid 210 euros for three nights during the week days. But we get the worse room in the flat. One side of the window can not be locked and we shared the belcony with two total stranger next door. When we were sleeping or away, we had to worry whether there would be people breaking into our room or not. I did't feel safe at all. Also, after seeing all the rooms in the flat we realised that the size of the room is the smallest, and we didn't even have a table to have our meals. If you are expecting to have a your sheet or towel changed during your stay or room cleaned, it is not going to happen. We understand that this hotel has a different policy. We thought we had a good deal when we booked it and checked the pics of the room. In the end, it turned out to be a huge disappointment and def. not worthy!

Pros: Very central. good showers and kitchen facilities.
Cons: Very noise because of street traffic and thin walls. very easy to hear conversations of the people next door.

Cons: Our meeting with reception was only 5 minutes, when we arrived we had to wait for lady about 10-15 minutes, there is noone who you can ask about city. reception is important.i now what im saying because im working in the hotel as a receptionist.

Pros: The apartment is very clean, there is somebody that comes every morining for cleaning.
the bathroom is shared, but there is no problem, we never waited more than 5 - 10 minutes for a shower.
the kitchen is fully equiped.
at check in we received helpful information: where to eat cheap, where to have fun, which areas are nice and which ones are to avoid and so on.
the apartment is in a great location, walking distance from all the major intrest points.
Cons: The area where the apartment is located (plaza catalunya and rambla) is very crowded and vrey noisy, so it's not recommended for the people that desire a quiet vacantion.

Pros: Excellent location!! comfortable room and bed. nice little balcony. great cafes in the vicinity.
Cons: Loud from the street noise (we knew this before booking and brought ear plugs) this is far outweighed by excellent location though. woman who checked us in was lacking in friendliness which was disappointing, as other reviews had said customer service great. husband had to rescue people (with his swiss army knife) from the bathroom who had become locked in. beware of locks!

Pros: Very clean recently refurbished facilities, felt very safe and in the epicenter for our first visit to barcelona. 2 friendly good value cafe's placed either side of the entrance.
Cons: You are on a main road and the traffic noise is loud.

Pros: Excellent hotel! the location is ideal, located very close to las ramblas and la catalunya metro station is a 5 minute walk away. the room upon arrival and 2 bathrooms that are shared among the 5 (2person) apartments were always very clean. further, access to a kitchen and having a shelf on a refrigerator was wonderful. all is all was a fantastic place to stay and i would highly recommend to anyone traveling to barcelona!
Cons: If you do not sleep well in the heat make sure to bring an extra fan, as the hotel only provides you with one, which is not quite enough when it is 30 degrees outside; however, opening the window tens to help a bit

Pros: Centrally located apartment in barcelona, which was well maintained and cleaned by the cleaner whom we didn't see. i would happily recommend this accomodation to other travellers.
Cons: It had not been made clear that this was an apartment share and that we would be sharing with others during our stay. however this did not impinge on our experiences of staying at the apartment.

Pros: I was impressed when i first entered the apartment. all done with such exquisite taste! the apartment was clean and comfortable. in addition, in apartment you will find everything you need to stay even for a long time. the ideal price-quality ratio. so, when i will be next time in barcelona, i will book this hotel again!

Pros: The staff is absolutely wonderful. the place is immaculately clean.
Cons: As with any hostel type situation. .. your comfort completely depends on others that are sharing the flat. unfortunately we had to share the flat for 3 days with 4 18 year old drunk, loud, rude and totally inconsiderate irishman. it was unbearable for these days.
