Cons: Staff were not very helpful. room was dark and hot. fridgedoor was broken and despite our report and their promise to do so not repaired. wifi did not work at first. all in all poor value for money.

Cons: The room was very small and there was lots of noise from people talking and doors banging coming from the corridor night long. the room wasn't very dark either due to light entering from outside through the door.

the breakfast was wonderful, the location was perfect. the stay was comfortable.
Cons: The receptionists were a little on the reserved side. the cleaning staff and the bar man were more friendly. the room was too hot as it was in a tunnel of floors. we did ask for a quiet room but this was very hot and airless.

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to restaurants and a main shopping strip. it was a short walk from la rambla and other sites such as la sagrada familia. close to metro station so easy to get from airport using the renfe. friendly staff.
Cons: The first room we were given was very hot and quite small. it was facing inwards in the hotel so there was no view or air coming in. however, we asked for another room with a view of the street and this room was much more comfortable. aircon didn't do very much.

Pros: Staf was kind enough to place us in another room with a double bed the next day. this room was in the back of the hotel and even more quiet. but next to the street was ok as well. very clean hotel with a good breakfast. 15 minute walk from the ramblas and 15 minutes from la pedreras.
Cons: The staf is ok but could be a little more friendly.
