Apartments in Barcelona Aviño is divided into 7 rooms which are rented individually. Each room has its own private bathroom, small balcony, air conditioning, etc... The whole apartment has 400 meters itself with 2 big living rooms, library area, terrace area, and 2 kitchens. ホテルへ行くにはどうすればいいですか？The closest metro station is JAUME I (L-4, yellow line), which is only 2 minutes away. Get off in Jaume I station and walk 2 minutes until the town hall, there walk around Calle Ferran and you will find calle Aviño. You are there.

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff made us feel most welcome. it was comfortable and its location is second to none.
It was difficult to find. number 7 is the block number, not just the hotel number. 03 Nov 08
Fabulous location, if impossible to find! everything was new and clean and the hotel felt more like a house, very intimate. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.The breakfast was basic but adequate and they are still in the process of completing the decor (tvs yet to be installed in all rooms. the downstairs lobby is still under construction (no/minimal noise and disturbance).31 Oct 08

The position of this apartment was fantastic. i liked having a kitchen that we could use at any time. although the other rooms were full, there was no noise and we only saw one other couple for breakfast. i really liked the decor and furniture.The street below could be noisy at times but large shutters on the windows cut out a lot of this. the map from the website is wrong and it took us quite a long time to work out where the apartment was.22 Oct 08

Great location, a quirky hotel/guesthouse that felt really spanish not a faceless chain hotel room. spotlessly clean, with fresh towels and linen daily.
