"excellent stay"

got upgraded to the top floor by a very friendly and helpful staff. The comfort was excellent, there are expresso coffee machines with 4 free capsuls to taste, the roof terrace is amazing with a view on whole Barcelona and a jacuzzi facing sagrada familia, diightful on the morning sun. Fantasic buffet breakfast at 10 € instead of 20 € when you book it with your room.The location in central Barcelona is ideal for any visit. I warmly recommend this hotel, where I will definitely come back for holidays.

"value for money low, especially for the low service level and small room"

hotel is nicely located with a great terrace and a good package offer for romantic celebrations that was very appreciatedunfortunately, the low leve of personnel requires you to become the porter of your luggages and bring back the trolley to the reception (lol)room are nicely furnished but the small is quite small, more a queen size than a king.overall, the high price does not make it a hotel I would reccomend to friends

"The perfect Gothic Area hotel"

My husband and I stayed at H10Moncado for one night on Sept 28th and would definitely return. This is a boutique hotel with friendly service, beautiful rooms and rooftop deck in a perfect location just steps from Barcelona's car-free streets. The hotel location exceeded expectations as did the hotel. We stayed in room 803 with a terrific view of the square below and the city. The room was quiet with the windows closed but we loved that we could swing open the windows and get fresh air and listen to the buzz of this amazing city. The Starbucks up the street was handy for coffee and there are pastry and sandwich shops within a one minute walk from the hotel. We will go back to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, elegance and great customer service in a boutique hotel just steps from the action in old Barcelona.

"Very satisfied"

We were very satisfied with this hotel for our one night stay in Barcelona. However, we would have found the room too small if we had stayed for an entire week or more. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location!

Fab hotel in a perfect location! Only gripe is that no decent coffee at breakfast. But with Starbucks only a minute walk away, all sorted!

"Honeymoon"

We liked the hotel overall - the location was really nice close to everything - the room was SMALL! We did get a massage and was disappointed in the service there. They promised us an early check in did not come thru with that - also the room view was facing a wall. So its a mixed review overall. Breakfast was very good for the money,

"Weekend in H10"

The romantic jacuzzi package was not as good as the last time i stayed. We got fruit skewers and juice. Last time we stayed we got cava and tapas. The cocktail bar on the roof wasn't as well staffed as the last time. the music on the rooftop was not relaxing. annoying dance music. Should have more romantic packages and make them better. E.g. rose petal turndown or chocolates/strawberries and cream in room on arrival. overall it is a lovely hotel to stay in.Rooftop terrace is lovely but our last stay was more enjoyable. Staff were not as attentive this time.

"3 Nights"

Hotel is located in a very nice area of the city with nice restaurants and bars. If I were to visit Barcelona again, I would like to live in this area. We stayed here our first 3 nights and the rest at another hotel close to La Rambla. This area (Barri Gotic) I enjoyed much more due to its authentic atmosphere. The breakfast was really amazing in this hotel, but the room was quite small for a superior room.

"Excellent Staff"

We arrived at the Hotel alot earlier than expected however was able check in early which was a bonus to us. We was able to set off to view Barcelona straight away. The staff in the Hotel were Brilliant, so helpful if you are a first time traveller to Barcelona. Location, you couldnt get any more central, highly recommend.

this hotel is very central with few mins walk to gothic quarter, plaza Catalonia, Marina and shops. Room small but has everything you need. Room was very clean and the bathroom in particular was very good quality with a nice powerful and spacious shower. The roof top terrace would be lovely in the summer but the bar was not open out of peak season and was a little chilly in march. You can only use the jaccuzzi free of charge between 10am and 1pm and after that you have to book with a quite expensive charge. The staff however were very friendly and informative and provided a left luggage service. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

The twin beds were not big enough for a male six foot and over also not happy about having to pay for the T.V.We liked the bar area very much.The staff were very helpful and cheerfulAnd the best part was that they spoke English.

Cons: The air condition was out of control in one of our rooms and couldn't repair it immediately.
