Location and Staff are excellent - buffet breakfast gives you a good start to the day with a great view of La Rambla to start your day.Perfect location for transport with easy transport to and from the airport no need for taxis .

Room was very fine and nice location.Staffs service also fine. we want to stay there again. But, it was noise in front of room door in th same follor during late night.sometimes toher gests talked loudy(not outside street)

This is a fabulous hotel. The family room was lovely. Very clean. Staff were friendly & spoke good English. We didnt get a good night's sleep though we heard a few doors banging through the night when other guests were coming in and the air conditioning was too hot & then too cold. We didn't see any pickpockets or suspicious people during our stay. We would stay here again and try to master the air conditioning.

Pros: The situation was perfect and the hotel decor was very smart and fresh. the room was very comfortable and clean with plenty of wardrobe space. the fact that the safe was not charged for was a bonus too. breakfast was wonderfull!!
Cons: The lack of a bar and restaurant was a definate negative. could have done with some chairs in the room too.

Pros: Without knowing how busy the streets are outside the hotel, i was amazed by the the soundproof windows! beautiful, clean room; very modern & spacious with perfect acess to everything. also hotel staff very helpful and nice.
Cons: Not necicearrily in the hotel but walking down the street just yards from the hotel, my camera was stollen out of the outside pocket of my purse. so just keep a close eye on your belongings, i did but not enough:(

Pros: If you want to stay right off la ramblas this is the place and really you can't beat the silence of the windows once you shut them...
Cons: The front desk wasn't understanding in the mix up of holding 2 rooms as opposed to 2 dbl bedrooms/ 1 single bedroom and expected payment for all three rooms when we only needed two rooms.

Pros: The hotel was in an amazing location at the placa catalunya end of the ramblas, it meant that you were able to access all surrounding areas with ease. the hotel was quiet, the room was very good (we had a standard room), it was clean and spacious. we would not hesitate to use this hotel again and would highly recommend it if you want a superb location.

Pros: Location was ideal, bedroom was nice and clean with helpful staff.

Cons: Hotel gave inaccurate information about charges for services, food and phone information then at check out basically told us tough luck you have to pay it even if the information given to you by our staff was wrong. rooms were clean but you can hear people breathing in the next room the walls are so thin. we checked out after the second night and found a hotel one block away that was a much better option for us.
