Pros: The hotel is easy to find and very clean. staff are also very helpful.
Cons: The only negative thing was, the hotel's final bill was £22 more than the total price on my booking confirmation. i didn't question the hotel reception but not impressed by being over charged. can you explain why. i am aware there is issue of exchange rate varies on daily base but £22 seems to much solely for this reason.

Pros: In fact, i was a bit worried before going to barcelona about the hotel and location. we were very happy to stay at this hotel because it was very close to sagrada familia metro station and we were just 10 minutes away from the plaza catalunya. also, the hotel staff were very friendly to help us not only about hotel related things but also our other questions and problems in barcelona.

Pros: They have been very helpful with a problem we have with a lost camera, over several days.

Pros: Enjoyed staying at this hotel. staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. rooms were very clean and quiet. i would stay there again.
Cons: There was a mix up with our room booking when we arrived but it was sorted out the next morning.

Pros: Very friendly helpful staff, good location near to sagrada familia easy access to metro and local bars and restaurants
Cons: Air con poor, beds not very comfy..bit hard, breakfast although good had to wait / ask for cutlery, plates cups, glasses etc even though we were arriving at 9.30 for breakfast and it was served until 10.30 ..it was the same every morning with the tables not cleared ..just not enough staff to keep it running smoothly

Pros: 1 member of staff (verio?) very helpful when following up a request for a balcony room. another was not so good. breakfast was totally adequate and filling.

サグラダファミリアが近く、22時過ぎでも人通りはあり、不安なく動くことができました。
無線lanは問題なく使用できました。
Cons: 朝食は値段相応というところで、ハム、チーズ、サラダ、果物、パンと一通りありますが、調理されたものはトルティーリャくらいでした。また、開始が8時から(10分程度遅くなることも)なので、朝早くから観光に出るには不便です。
