"The hotel was in a wonderful location and it was very clean"

Pros: The hotel was in a wonderful location and it was very clean. the services in this hotel were very limited, the only contact with staff was with the 3 hotel staff that checked us in, who were alway very busy trying to serve many hotel guests since there was no concierge.

Pros: The situation was great and the hotel building is very impressive! everything was running well.
Cons: use of the net wasn´t free in the rooms, and that is a big minus in five star hotel! the rooms were also a little bit small and the soundproof wasn´t very good.

Pros: Good service and helpful staff in our experience. rooftop bar offers great views but expensive.
Cons: No tea and coffee facilities in room, and not exactly 5 star to look out your window from a standard room at pipes and steelwork.

Pros: Staff extremely helpful on desk, room was quiet, we requested queen bed, balcony and high floor and got them all.
right next to metro and posh shops. breakfast v. pricey, but great cafe on corner opposite hotel.

Cons: Rooftop pool is tiny!
bad exchange rate so very expensive, also tax added at checkout on web-site

Pros: Well fitted room, but everything including contintal breakfast (25 euros) was 'extra' and prices are high.
Cons: The room offered was dark with a frosted glass window onto a light well. if that is the 'price' of a 'deal' it should be made clear at the time of booking.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, in a great location and staf were very helpful.
Cons: The price for an american breakfast was extortionate! 30euros for 1 person?!?! 1 sausage, a slice of streaky bacon, and slop of scrambelled egg thrown together with some buns thrown in? not exactly 5-star??? also, the bar was very expensive - 10 euros for a half glass of red wine was not justified.

Pros: Friendly staff, all spoke english, comfortable bed, close to all the areas that need to be visited, bathroom, though small had a bidet
Cons: Breakfast not included in the price, air conditioning (heating) not working so we had to borrow a fan heater, leakage from the water closet in the toilet, no extraction fan in the small toilet - smells and steam!, no tea making facilities - 2 cups of tea cost 15 euros! swimming pool did not exist, it was just being built when we had a look - the room we had was at 4* level, tho lobby and restaurants were 5*. tiny tiny balcony - loose weight or you wont be able to get thro the doors onto it - certainly not enough space to sit down and people watch/ have a drink. however, our flight left at midnight and we requested to stay later than check out - reception staff demanded 40% of the daily rate extra, but when all these problems were presented to manager we were allowed to stay free till 7pm

Cons: At no point during our booking process or before we came (despite email correspondence about the room) did you inform us the hotel pool was not available due to refurbishment. this was very disappointing and should have been communicated.
