Pros: The location in la ramblas was fantastic, and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful. our group of 9 people arrived early, and they easily set us up to store our luggage, and our rooms were ready before noon. their reco for taller de tapas was perfect for dinner.

Cons: The guidelines for how to get there should be updated, both with price information and directions (keep track of right/left). the best is actuallyu to use the airport bus, also to avoid being robbed on the tube. (we were not, but that was only due to the fact that we are experienced travellers). this should be stated.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. everyone was so nice and they even went to the dining room to fill our request for some ice. our room was ready prior to check-in time. the location was great and the room was excellent.
desk personnel gave us good directions to picasso museum along with getting us a taxi for the airport. would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there on our return to barcelona.
